Passionate about life sciences and adept at building and scaling new businesses from ground-up, Nidhi founded Karmic Lifesciences in 2005 and envisioned it as a full-service CRO with global delivery capability, a strong Oncologyfocus and a robust technology back-end. |

Nidhi brings in over 15 years of global outsourcing/offshoring experience with 6 years in the Clinical Research industry. She has driven successful forays into key verticals including Oncology, Neurology and Medical Devices and has spearheaded the clinical/regulatory strategy development and execution for 50+ Phase I-IV trials. She has also conceptualized kClinionTM, kTrialsTM and kMetricsTM, Karmic’s state-of-the-art,proprietary suite of web-based clinical platforms.Nidhi has featured in several leading business publications including Business Today, ET Now, Express Pharma and written and presented industry thought leadership papers at several global and Indian forums including the IBM Knowledge Exchange, Pharma Outsourcing Congress etc. |

Nidhi holds an MBA from SP Jain, Mumbai and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She has previously worked with GE Capital, WNS North America, Wipro Technologies and Hexaware Technologies, among India’s leading IT/BPO players. Nidhi is the Chairperson on the Karmic Board of Directors. |

A keen pharmacologist and an operations specialist, Dr. Chetan has over 10 years of clinical trial experience with robust expertise of ICH-GCP, Project Management as well as Medical and Regulatory Affairs and an established track record of planning and execution of some of the major global multinational Phase II and III Studies with 60-600 patients across US, Europe and India. |

Dr. Desai has been associated with some of the most recognized Pharma and CRO organizations including Pfizer, Piramal Healthcare and CliniRx where he held senior positions, managed large teams and spearheaded clinical operations. At Karmic, he is responsible for heading the operations group, providing clinical and medical oversight and managing 50+ resources across US and India. He is further responsible for playing a major role in the selection, training and mentoring of Clinical Project Managers and Monitors as well as developing global sites for Oncology, Neurology and a host of other therapeutic specialities |

Rich started his career as a Molecular Biologist and has experience of over 20 years with major pharmaand biotechnology companies in leadership roles. |

Rich was earlier the President of ClinPro Inc. (US based CRO) where he headed the company’s Business Development, Strategic Planning, Sales & IT Operations. Prior to that, he was the Corporate VP & GM of the Clinical Program Division of SCP Communications, where he designed and managed a number of clinical programs for drugs such a Lipitor, Avandia, Accolate etc. At Karmic, Rich is responsible for driving the US business development and operations effort and providing oversight to key account relationships. He also consults the Karmic Board on US strategy and planning activities. |

Sanjiv brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Planning, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and has served as Supply Chain Manager in Novartis & Syngenta, India in the past and played a strategic role in the integration of Sandoz and Ciba-Geigy during the formation of Novartis, India. He hasfurther served as Vice President Worldwide Operations & CFO, Apar Technologies. Saniv is further a partner at Basil Growth Corporation, the PE fund that has invested in Karmic. |

At Karmic, Dr. Oak primarily provides oversight and consults the Bio-Statistics and SAS programming teams on SOPs as well as SAP and SAR reviews. He also supports the CDISC-SDTM training for the data management team and is consulting the team on advanced areas such as Adaptive Designs, ADaM and CDASH initiatives. |
