Rusi is an MBA, with an Advanced Course from Haas School of Management.
Sanjay Vatsa
Managing Director, Citigroup
Over 25 years experience in executive level positions with large US financial corporations including Citigroup,
Blackrock, Merill Lynch, Capco and Statestreet. Sanjay is member of the OMGEO Governance Board and a member of
the Executive Board of the Asset Management division of SIFMA. Sanjay has an MBA degree in finance from the
University of Rochester in 1989 and has attended various certificate programs at Wharton and Harvard.
Avinash Singh
Ex-COO, Birlasoft
Over 20 years of rich experience in the areas of Software Consulting, Offshore Outsourcing and Professional
Services. Avinash is a founding member of Birlasoft and was responsible for the initial setup of the company.
Avinash is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. He has also participated in multiple events at the GE
Leadership and Learning Institute at Crotonville.
